Nordic Streaming sells digital subscription access. After payment, access details may be delivered by email, WhatsApp, or another contact method.

Because the service is digital, once access has been delivered and activated, refund eligibility may be limited.

  • The service cannot be activated after support assistance

  • You were charged by mistake

  • You changed your mind after receiving access

  • The issue is caused by a third-party app, device, VPN, or internet provider

EU Digital Service Notice

For online purchases in the EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right may not apply to digital content or digital services when access has already started after the customer requested immediate delivery.

By purchasing from Nordic Streaming and requesting immediate digital delivery, you understand that access may begin before the withdrawal period ends.

Technical Support Before Refund

Before approving a refund, Nordic Streaming may ask you to contact support so we can check the issue and help you fix it.

We may ask for:

  • Your device type
  • App name
  • Screenshot or video of the issue
  • Internet speed test
  • Order information
  • Error message details

If the problem can be solved by support, a refund may not be issued.

Refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
